Get peace with source chakra meditation

Source Chakra Meditation

If you do the Ithiyana on the new moon between 4 am and 5 am and then light a ghee lamp in front of the Ganapati portrait from 4 am to 5 am till Pavurnami, the thought will come true.

Sit Padmasana, or Vajrasana, or simply on a rug facing east. Keep your spine straight and close your eyes. First, place your mind on the body's external muscles from head to toe and relax for 5 minutes, counting on the tension leaving the body. Then slowly inhale through both nostrils and exhale through both nostrils.

Then focus your mind on the inner part of the last part of the spine in your body. This is the source wheel. Meditate on your favorite Ganapati image in it. Or pray in your mind for ten minutes.

Then mentally adorn yourself with flowers. Then inhale slowly and exhale very slowly and meditate on receiving the full grace of Ganapati on the source chakra.

Then Vinayaka, Destroy all evils. May this body, mind, attain holiness. Pray Vinayaka to live a life of thought, word and deed without harming anyone.

Then slowly complete the meditation by saying Om Shanti three times and open your eyes. The benefits of Ganapati meditation are immeasurable.

The internal organs of the body function well and strong. May we always live in divine thought.

It is from the source of vital energy in the body that the whole body functions. If this source fails, life in the body will not function properly. Physical fatigue, mental fatigue- occur. Life works best with this wonderful meditation. No matter what planetary horoscopes there are benefits will happen from the grace of Ganapati.
